Last year LondonEats.com ran 10km for Cancer Research UK at Kedleston Hall. This year there are 23 Stately Homes to choose from around the country including Hampton Court, Alnwick Castle, Powis Castle and Scone Palace.

Whatever your personal reasons for taking part, the most important reason of all is to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Your fundraising will enable them to continue their lifesaving work.

The easiest way to ask people to sponsor you is to set up your own fundraising web page. You can then email everyone you know and ask them to sponsor you online. It also means you don't have to collect money from people after the event!
