Wot no celebratory chefs?

Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver and Gary Rhodes are nowhere to be seen in this year’s award winners list. Are their crowns beginning to slip?

LondonEats.com Restaurant Awards 2005

Quotation Winner of the Best Overall London Restaurant and British Restaurant Quotation

LondonEats.com

The LondonEats.com London Restaurant Awards are voted for by you the customer. We've compiled all the ratings and reviews that people have submitted over the past year to decide the winner of each category. We feel that these are the most accurate awards in the industry and we would like to thank you all for contributing.

This year, the Best Overall London Restaurant and also Best British Restaurant go to Terrance Conran's Orrery. The Michelin Starred restaurant was deemed worthy of both these awards by visitors to the LondonEats.com website. The Orrery has obviously been maintaining its standards when it won the same best British Restaurant award back in 2003.
